I got a job rejection today... I'm running 0 for 3 here, and each of them are at the museum I already work at. It's the same ol' "they loved you, but they found someone more qualified" song and dance everytime.

So I'm a bit bummed today.

I have to give it to the HR department of this place, they really seem to believe in me. They set me up with interviews to jobs I haven't even applied for. So on that end, I've got hope on moving up. But even they admit that it's rare for people inhouse to get hired in other departments. Which makes no sense to me, since it would be more sensible to hire someone that knows how this museum runs. Oh well.

I'm going to keep trying, but it still makes me question if I'm worth anything here. These days, I don't feel like I am.
